If you have a Xbox 360 and if its not starting up as usual check the ring of lights (around the power button) This shoes us what the error is. In this case if it shoes three red lights (Around the ring of lights) there is a problem with your system board. I will give you a solution which will solve this issue temporally.
This issue is very common, almost all Xbox users have come across this problem. Since this is a fault by the manufacturer, Microsoft has extended the warranty by three years. So most of you guys, DONT WORRY just call Microsoft.
The Solution
The solution I'm about to give you is called the 'Towel Trick'. What you have to do is simple, just follow the 6 simple steps mentioned below,
Detach all the wires from the Xbox excluding the power cable.
Take out the Hard Drive.
Take a Thick Towel (if you do not have one use two ordinary ones).
Switch on the Xbox and wrap it fully using the towel/s - Leave it running for 25mins.
After 25mins unwrap the Xbox, Switch it off and let it cool down for 10mins (It is normal for the Xbox to be a bit warm).
After 10mins Plug in all the cables and boot it up. It should work fine.
